At The Living Art, we aim for the smooth operation of our inner transformation experiences. We understand, however, that sometimes life presents unforeseen challenges. The following cancellation policy is designed to manage these situations fairly and transparently:

The Living Art Cancellation Policy for Intensive and Mini-Journeys:

 

**Confirmation and Payment:** 

- Registration is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received.

 

**INTENSIVE = Cancellation and Refunds:** 

  • Up To 14 days Before Program Start Date:  The Client may cancel their registration for a full refund minus a 3% service fee.

  • Within 14 Days of Program Start Date:  Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund after deducting a 3% service fee.

  • Less Than 7 Days Before Program Start Date:  No refunds will be issued; however, a credit will be issued, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.  Credit can be used towards any offerings by The Living Art.

**MINI-JOURNEYS = Cancellation and Refunds:**

  • Within 14 Days of Program Start Date:  Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund after deducting a 3% service fee and minus the cost of the book.

Emergency Situations:

In the event of an emergency, such as severe illness or a family crisis, please contact us to discuss options.  We are committed to fairness and will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

 

**Cancellation by The Living Art:** 

- In the rare event that we must cancel a program due to inclement weather, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a full refund.

 

**Rescheduling by The Living Art:** 

- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions or a program. Participants will be notified promptly.
